Call for expressions of interest for a mentor to conduct 6 sessions for job orientation

Purpose:

The overall goal of this project is to influence students on the importance of education through positive interventions, encouraging them to take an active role in leading their educational process and to be oriented towards academic and career success. For this purpose, we intend to implement a mentoring program where mentors will focus on high school students. This initiative aims to provide academic and non-academic support to the students of these schools, especially those from the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities. Through mentoring, we aim to provide an environment of support and assistance, helping students to maintain and improve their performance in school and achieve a vision for their future career. The mentor's role will be to provide guidance and support to students in managing school challenges, helping them to reach their full potential, develop their skills, improve their academic performance and become the person they want to be. to be in the future.

As part of the program for the provision of career orientation, the NGO "Voice of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians" called for expressions of interest for mentors to hold 6 career orientation sessions.
