This is the Senadi from the employment program, which is crowning the work and commitments of several months with the finalization of the last procedures for 3 grant beneficiaries who will soon enjoy their businesses.

The empowerment of women, especially in rural areas, remains a major challenge for the country, we as "VoRAE" are addressing this challenge through engagements in different sectors for gender equality.
So we have devised a grant scheme to support all those women who have creative ideas and are ready to be challenged in the job market.

When women are empowered they become a great force for change in their community, as is the case with Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian women in the community.

Empowerment increases women's economic independence, decision-making power and social freedoms, bringing a positive effect on gender relations at the family and community level.
